The problem has been solved due to the Bad Perl path.If all of them are 
corrected, w2web can be connected. The correct path is indeed given when 
compiling, but it is different in w2web. However, it has been corrected 
manually. There is no problem at present. Thank you very much.

  you install w2web
  but with 
 
 
  "w2web"
  it is running, and each time that you start your computer you need to run it,
