Below are the files that I have in my fftw3 lib folder:
username@computername:~$ ls ~/fftw-3.3.10/lib
cmake libfftw3.a libfftw3.la libfftw3_mpi.a libfftw3_mpi.la pkgconfig
The -lfftw3_mpi should tell the compiler to use the libfftw3_mpi.a.
Maybe that file is missing in fftw3 lib folder (ls
/home/pablo/Documentos/Soporte/Software/fftw3/lib).
