=== Apache 2.2.4 on Windows 2000 ===

You will need to toggle win32disableacceptex
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/trunk/mod/mpm_winnt.html#win32disableacceptex in
order for
httpd to see addresses (in version 2.2.4 only, IP addresses were reported as
0.0.0.0,
the actual bug only affected windows 2000 and not XP, and is resolved for
2.2.5).
