Michael Ekstrand et al. got a best paper award @ WikiSym 2009 with his
article history visualization paper. He has a system that turns an
article's history into an intractable interface that can be loaded inline
with article history.

Michael D. Ekstrand and John T. Riedl. 2009. rv you're dumb: identifying
discarded work in Wiki article history. WikiSym'09. ACM, New York, NY, USA,
