recommend you ask the editors in the message.

Please, share with us the answer. I made the same question regarding
the licenses, but I won't have time to submit any proposal, although
there are really interesting things we can do with this proposal, for
this I didn't go further.

I strongly recommend we do not publish if it will be in a closed journal.
