I see that I still get that same error when I try to use the tool, e.g.,
http://wikidashboard.appspot.com/enwiki/wiki/Bargain . Piotr, were you
able to get in contact with the author? If so, you might just ask for
the source code and then ask on the labs-l list to see whether anyone
would be willing to move it from Toolserver to Tool Labs:

All tools on Tool Labs must be open source
