Thanks for your thoughtful comments here. What I was meant but probably didn't clearly state was that it might be useful for us to reflect as wiki researchers on the extent to which we cite the work of female academics. We are quite good at criticising others, I find, but less on reflecting on our own practice. No need to comment publicly - just some food for thought perhaps :)
