If you use any community websites related to animal rights, like forums, post about it to promote it. Don't spam. The line is very very fine between spamming it and just posting a link to a website (that you happen to run). The big thing is just post like one time, don't repeatedly post it unless a really long time has passed. There's some pages on the central wikia about this, but I'm not sure where they are.
