Here's what I'm thinking of: We already have Special:Top (and its subpages) in monobook, thats fine. But in monobook there is no means to submit the rating. So I would like to have a template that consists of five radio buttons, a submit and a reset button. Sounds easy to me, but perhaps there are some Javascript related ugly things in the background I don't see. BTW: I asked our community and - as expected - they would also like to stick to monobook.
