Actually, we'd be interested to know as well...

Travis asked us about this a while back because we do use google 
analytics and squids. He's correct in that google analytics causes 
caches to not be as efficient as they could be... but they're still 
working pretty well for us. We were using AWStats a while back as well 
(it post-processes based on squid logs vs. GA capturing coming in the 
front door via javascript)... but AWStats was starting to take more than 
24 hours to process 24 hours of data for a site this large (it was never 
meant for this much traffic).
