Well, it isn't exactly as how I wrote it. The "view selected source" in Firefox modified it a little.

The exact url: <http://www.wikia.com/index.php?title=Special:Recentchanges&useskin=quartzslate&uselang=en> This is an example, it happens in other wikis (maybe all?) and seems independent of the language set in preferences or by "uselang". quartzsmoke skin seems to be affected also. There's a space in the href attribute, and there's no starting quote in id attribute.
