Hi Dorian, I've added to the Aselia wiki. If anyone else wants to add this for another wiki (newer wikis already have this), the easiest way to do it is to export the pages listed at http://starter.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Copyright_tags and import it to your wiki and then copy http://starter.wikia.com/wiki/MediaWiki:Licenses to your wiki. This will make the license selector appear in Special:Upload.
