Hi Chris,

What normally happens is that we have a cron job that runs the script
"runJobs.php" on each wiki once per day. Each wiki's "runJob.php" runs
seperately from other wikis. This updates special pages, etc., and
usually runs without problem. What happened this time is that on a few
wikis, the process running "runJobs.php" was running out of memory ...
this wasn't very obvious to us as the wikis in question aren't the
largest nor had particularly large "job" queues. Uncyclopedia and star
wars usually have the largest when this doesn't get run daily. So we
believe there was a particular update being run as one of the "jobs"
that was causing trouble ... I don't have the specifics on which one...
but we recognized what was preventing the script from finishing and
increased the memory allocated to those processes.

Thanks,
John Q.
