In my case my Global.js [http://www.wikia.com/wiki/User:Cizagna/global.js] has no effect with Monobook or Quartz.
Jack_Phoenix notice it did not load the in the HTML yesterday Dantman complain he could not use his interwiki JS that saves him a lot of trouble. switching between wikis GPT also noted the issue and decide to load the code in his wikis local JS And there was another person but i dont remember the name that complained at the same time as GPT. I have test in Halo.wikia, starwars.wikia, gaia.wikia, dofus.wikia, central.wikia and non loaded a single of the js that where properly working before, i notice the issue yesterday as i needed the tool but dont know if it has been happening before. >From what jack told in IRC CSS is working (i cant assure it as i dont use global.css) In my case im using firefox with WinXP SP2 if its needed but the issue looks more server side.
