I think this is a little independent thing, but the truth is that the 
MultipleUpload really shouldn't have the hard set list of upload 
selectors. It's quite possible to use JS to add more and flip through 
multiple ones.

If you don't know about it, here's something interesting:
PHP accepts arrays in inputs. If you use a name like var[], and use that 
multiple times. Then you can use $wgRequest->getArray( 'var' ); and it 
will output a numerical array with the values of the individual var[] 
inputs.
Quite simply you can setup a array based multiple upload.
