In any place I couldn't see that the Pokemon Encyclopedia is focused on Anime.
In english, the most known Pokémon wiki is Bulbapedia <http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/>, and covers all information about Pokémon. The English Pokémon wikia has nothing to do wile bulbapedia exists, so I think the most sane decision is to join efforts in one wikia instead of split them.
