That's an interesting idea. We recently changed the footer area to try 
to funnel more people into editing/exploring/rating/sharing as they 
reach the bottom of the article. We're measuring the click-rate there 
and we'll probably try a few things to find out what works best. As we 
try some things out we'll add this to the hopper... it's an interesting 
combination.
