Hullo! I made the RC list change, and did some other changes in the MediaWiki area at the same time which I hope have gone down okay.
The link has now gone since listsusers is buggy and the project page may be inaccurate. There's still many other ways to get to it, rather than the RC list (which it's not entirely relevant to anyway).
