The extra E escapes it. For the most part it means that the spaces are
replaced with underscores.
So on [[Main Page]] {{PAGENAME}} returns "Main Page" but {{PAGENAMEE}}
returns "Main_Page", it's primarily used for urls because the space
breaks out of a url.
