Angela said in a previous mail (<http://lists.wikia.com/pipermail/wikia-l/2007-December/002295.html>) that unusued mailing lists were deleted and that they would not be created automatically when the wiki was created. However, if you would like a mailing list for your wiki, you can ask any Community Team member <http://wikia.com/wiki/Community_Team> to make one for you.
