Inputbox was using MediaWiki core messages until MW 1.12. The messages, like MediaWiki:Createarticle, got deleted from core during 1.12 development and Wikia hasn't upgraded Inputbox yet. http://messaging.wikia.com/wiki/MediaWiki:Createarticle exists and that text would be displayed on the Inputbox button if things worked as they should. I hope we'll get this fixed soon. Not a major bug however, since the extension works.
