That looks a bit like a short-lived problem we had on some sites a while ago, something to do with caching, very annoying. As you say, the page has been created, but the whole bug would puzzle a newbie and wastes our time and therefore needs to be squashed. Our experts fixed that one before too long, so I expect they can fix yours too.
