Hi Leia, Can I persuade you to try the wiki forums instead? These are just wiki pages, with an index like a forums. Each thread is a page, and can be edited just like other pages. This works well for a lot of wikis, and I think it's a much better solution for the moment.
The phpBB forums are very buggy, and the formatting is very out of date. I don't know when more work will be done on them, so they might be like this for some time. Wiki forums for DMV Wiki are already set up at http://dmv.wikia.com/wiki/Forum:Index - and I'd be happy to set up more or change names if you need it.
