Can you let him know that if it happens again to send me a screenshot
and the source of the page? This sounds like less of a mangled code
problem and more of a browser rendering problem, so the screenshot
might really be the key.

halfway down my screen.
*Star is viewing Wookieepedia through Monaco, and is using
1024x768. Apparently this is not affecting every user who uses this
resolution, since several say they have the skin appear fine, while
others are seeing what Star is describing.
