Hi Timothy:

As you know from working on your own site, starting a wiki takes some work!
Wikia is always working on new features that help make that job easier --
but there's no way to avoid the initial work of building content pages, and
attracting new contributors to the project.

That's a big job when you're first starting out, and it takes a lot of
dedication and passion. Creating those early pages can be lonely -- and it's
always exciting when your first contributors show up and start making edits.

If you stay focused on building content and welcoming new contributors, then
you'll end up with an active, happy community on your wiki. It might happen
sooner than you expect, and it might happen later... but if you keep
working, it'll happen!

It would be a huge job if you tried to build up all of the technology wikis
all at once; you'd burn out for sure. But if you stay focused on your wiki,
then you can help it grow into an amazing wiki that can be a model for all
the other tech wikis on Wikia.

It's hard to jump-start a whole category -- but one great wiki can be the
seed that inspires other sites to grow. So keep building your site! :)
