Those are the things you can order by.
However, if you want to order by a parameter passed to a template,
that's not possible for technical reasons (Though you can always add the
'sortable' class to the table to let JS sort it).
Sorting by that kind of thing is something that Semantic MediaWiki could
only do. It would probably actually work the nicest for what it looks
like you are trying to do.

We have work out with DPL to generate table of information, and use the
Sorting Feature to be able to sort it depending our hearts desires, but as
this is is game driven, i have get constant requests here and there to make
our list sorted by level, now the issue is that DPL when it generates the
list it does it Alphabet sorting by the name of the article...
Is there a way we can tell DPL to sort the articles by the level field it
has or ist it possible to make the Sorting feature automatically sort by
given column so our user they can change other way if they want?
Why? because? (yeah for the ones that will ask) there is this
weapon/equipment listings, so the list appears one chooses the sorting by
level, clicks on the link the page gets load, and then goes back so then
again it has to sort again and browse down back to what he was looking and
check the next page, and then repeats the process until he is satisfy but
annoy by the constant sorting/browsing.
