i'm a big supporter of Monaco.css being a global common for all skins, and bring back per skin css pages so that you can style all the themes of monaco seperatly, not just the custom one
MonacoSlate.css MonacoBrick.css etc MonacoCustom.css i dont see this happening right now, as people are already <s>brainwashed</s>, trained to put "<SKINNAME> Custom" skin code in <SKINNAME>.css
