I don't know if anyone's notice it because there aren't many wiki with Semantic MediaWiki enabled yet.
But SMW adds a new tab "refresh". In Monaco a lot of the tabs have a icon added with them. See: http://yugioh.wikia.com/?useskin=monaco&usetheme=brick As SMW is something which isn't Yu-Gi-Oh!
