One phrase says it all: "God will see you now." ;-)

(One of our furry cons used an advanced form of this tactic by designating
the con mascot as the con chair, successfully deflecting hundreds of
complaints, comments, and helpful suggestions, allowing the staff time to
get the *real* work done . . .)

If you are a good leader, you must eventually become a good manager - or at
least be willing to let your admins take some of the heat for you. Your duty
is to back them up, unless they get it horrendously wrong, in which case you
can play Good Cop/Bad Cop and usher in a compromise. If you disagree with
them, try to tell them so privately, and constructively. This can be
awkward, but nobody ever said being a GodKing (or BenevolentDictator,
PhilosopherKing, or FirstServant) was easy.

Delegation is key. The worst thing in the world is when God burns out. It's
not a pretty sight. *grins*
