Dantman, thanks for finding this! We've been looking for bugs on this
feature.

I think I understand what's causing this bug... and I think the problem may
be exacerbated by the slowness we've had in the ad server for the last day
or so. The redirect js may be rendering after the ads... so if the ads are
slow, then the js may be rendering slow, and it pops up when you're on the
wrong tab.

We've been using this redirect feature on Muppet Wiki for about five weeks
now, with no problems, and we've got some heavy users there, including me.
:) So I think the problem may decrease when the site speeds up again... and
then I'll work on a more long-term solution before it rolls out everywhere.
