Hello, fellow wiki-maniacs!

One of the wikias I'm gardening (ru.rpg.wikia.com to be precise) has
suffered an automated vandalism attack a couple of days ago that left
us with 1902 edits that all need to be removed. The vandals were smart
and renamed a lot, so rollback doesn't help even if I were to go for
so many clicks.

Is there a clean automated way to fight this? I.e. to purge all
contributions of one particular user completely, notwithstanding their
nature (edits/renames/...)? They were also done within a certain
timeframe, if that helps.
