How come when I'm logged in to my account, I go to the Create Wiki special page, I type in the name of my wiki, the central name part of the URL, select English, click create. Something (I'm visually impaired, so I don't know what) labeled Installation Animation comes up. What do I do next? Because I created a wiki on January 24 and it's not online yet.
