If you can't read it even from Gmail, that's means one of 2, either the messages is corrupted, then u can't read at all, and it's from the sender...or your system doesn't support Arabic, go to control panel > regional settings, and change every thing into Arabic > be sure to adjust non Unicode to ARABIC...
