Well.. Transliteration is something that we will always argue about.. as there are no set rules.. for example Microsoft can be ?????????? or ????????? .. Linux can be ????? or ?????? or ?????? and so on .. So there is not "Right-Way" for transliteration..
What I suggest here is using redirects.. Create a page with the name ????? and in it put: #redirect [[????]] So one someone ask for the page with the other transliteration it will be found.. as well..
