If I may share the following with this humble list, I've been to a special library here in Kuwait that archives tons & tons of electronic material and it belongs to the governmet. Th guy that runs the IT for the archiving business is a friend. Some of you must have been in my shoes and would like to hear from you what to expect and how to approach.
