If a spam blacklisted link is already included in a page, the spam filter
should replace it with a link to a safe special page. The special page would
say, "This link has been disabled." and have a link to return to the referring
article. This would mean that links already in the saved page (or links that
appear because of other bugs in the spam filter) are less of a threat.
