Why should .ico be enabled by default?
.ico files are useless on just about any wiki unless they are using the favicon
trick.
The Favicon trick needs to be configured to use that path anyways. So if you
need to configure the favicon path anyways, why does .ico need to be enabled in
the many places it isn't needed because they didn't bother to remove it with a
config they shouldn't need?
