That dump does contain only one <restrictions>...</> tag for Bild:Wiki.png, all
the other edit and move restrictions are not mentioned. For example
[[bar:Hauptseitn]] [edit=autoconfirmed:move=sysop]!
For other projects there are more restrictions mentioned in the dumps, but do
not seem to be updated anymore.
Something broken?
