The query

produces the following output:

timestamp="2008-11-16T02:22:22Z" expiry="infinity" reason="abuse of talk page"
nocreate="" autoblock="" />
If we were to look up this user in [[Special:Ipblocklist]]
(http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3AIPBlockList&ip=Trollymomo)
we would get:
* 11:22, 16 November 2008, J.delanoy (Talk | contribs) blocked Trollymomo (Talk
| contribs) (no expiry set, account creation blocked, cannot edit own talk
page) (abuse of talk page)
The API query neglects to mention that the user cannot edit it's own talk page.
