Wikispecies is a language-independent project; there will never be language
subdomains like there are for Wikipedia, Wikisource, et al, and it doesn't
stand on its own in the same regard as mediawiki.org. A separate domain for the
project isn't warranted.

Commons and Meta are both language-independent projects as well, and while
Wikispecies may not have the same importance in the WMF umbrella, it should
still be included in SUL.
