When I try to add the 'api' tag to r43676 and r43677, nothing happens. I tried
pressing Enter after filling out the "Add tags:" field, as well as clicking the
"Commit" and "Commit & next unresolved" buttons, but CodeReview simply refuses
to add the tag.
