Further comments on the initial report.
I am using Mediawiki 1.13.2
I have figured out some possible fixes...
accesskey seems to have been replaced by tooltipAndAccesskey in recent skins.
Once this has been done, there is a call to WebRequest::SetVal.
This function is a recent addition to the WebRequest class (i.e. it does not
exist in 1.13.2).
Upgrading the WebRequest class to the current SVN version fixes the problem.
Once this is done, I still see some flaky behavior.
When I make an edit, the "Save Draft" button does not activate until I preview.
I was expecting it to activate as soon as I make a change.
