For example, at Meta, when someone edits User:COIBot/XWiki/[EMAIL PROTECTED] it
links to http://ohchr.org/wiki/User:COIBot/XWiki/dexrel in their contribs.
This transformation on links should apply only in the user rights log, and
perhaps other logs (CA log maybe?).
