I request on the behalf of the Tagalog Wikibooks communtiy (I and Urbano
[http://tl.wikibooks.org/wiki/Tagagamit:Urbano]) that an additional namespace
that will be the namespace for recipes namely "Pagluluto:" be added. Literally,
it means cooking. See his talk page. (In Tagalog). Thank you.
