This has been setup, there are now two new namespaces on dewikinews,
'Meinungen' and 'Meinungen_Diskussion'. It seems most namespaces use lowercase
letters for the 'discussion/talk' part of the namespace, but dewikinews already
has a precedent with the Portal and Portal_Diskussion, so the two new
namespaces follow the same schema.
Aliases have also been setup per Brion's directive. If there are any other
issues with this change, please feel free to reopen the ticket.
