Yes this ought to be possible. We have a consensus to use a blank default
deletion summary on the English Wikipedia, see
[[Wikipedia:Village_pump_(proposals)#Remove_default_.27content_was:....27_and_.27only_contributor_was:....27_from_deletion_summary]].
