Related Changes (RecentchangesLinked) works as expected when the target page
transcludes another page - that is, the changes to the pages linked on the
target page AND the transcluded page will appear. More formally: if page X
contains links to Y and Z, and page A transcludes page X, then related changes
on page X will show changes to pages Y and Z.
However, if the transcluded page is a page in the special namespace, then
related changes does not show changes to the pages linked on the transcluded
special page.
This enhancement is useful for allowing one to easily watch all subpages of a
particular page by transcluding. Ie. Related Changes for a page with
{{Special:PrefixIndex/PageWithSubpages}}.
