Changing this to a Wikimedia-specific request. Interwiki links automatically go
to the URL specified, they aren't aware of the secure site URLs. The interwiki
map loaded for the secure sites needs to be different from that of the general
pool of wikis, using the appropriate secure URLs.
w: goes from "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki"; would be changed to
"https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/";, etc etc.
