Please add Editintro, Preload, Preloadtitle parameters to Special:Emailuser.
This could be especially useful for the otrs-team: If the uploader has to send
a permission-email, he can just click on a link to special:emailuser and send
the mail, without having to leave the wiki or replace anything in the mail text
like name of the image.
