I can't help but wonder how many other people create test pages on MW.org
because they assume they're on their own wikis. Why not have the logo on the
post-installation screen link to the new wiki, rather than MW.org? I'm also
unsure about the usefulness of the "MediaWiki home" link on the sidebar.
